Nazanin Heydari operates nazaninheydari.com. For privacy questions, use the Contact page or the LinkedIn link in the footer. Lab inputs are processed in your browser; they are not sent to an AI API or uploaded to this website. Exports occur only when you request them. Python assets are self-hosted and load when you run the test exercise. Use illustrative data rather than sensitive records or credentials.
Preferences and essential sessions
Your theme choice and whether you have seen a Lab tutorial are stored in browser local storage. The contact form and private administration use separate essential security sessions with HTTP-only cookies. Clearing this site's browser data removes these preferences and session cookies.
Contact, hosting and email
The contact form collects your name, email address, topic and message, together with submission and consent timestamps. These details are used to respond and follow up on professional correspondence, not for a marketing list. Messages are stored in the private database and shown through the protected inbox. Authorized administrators and technical service providers may access data as needed to operate the site. The primary server is hosted in Germany through MihanWebHost. Hosting logs may include IP addresses and request details; the site's anti-spam counters use short-lived keyed hashes. When email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent over encrypted SMTP to Nazanin's configured mailbox and handled by the sending and receiving mail providers.
Retention is configurable. The current setting is shown below. No automatic expiry means messages remain available until manually deleted. If a time limit is selected, older messages, including archived messages, are removed during cleanup. Messages are kept for correspondence and can be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Use the Contact page or LinkedIn link to request a copy, correction or deletion. Deleting an inbox message does not automatically remove delivered emails or hosting backups, which have separate retention arrangements. Current inbox setting: No automatic expiry.
Assets and external sites
Fonts, logo assets and Python runtime files are hosted with this website. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are included. LinkedIn, Blinkr and Ncode apply their own privacy practices when you visit them. This notice is updated when the site's actual processing changes.
